Training Calendar
Welcome to the Thunderbird Partnership Foundation’s National Training Calendar. Each fiscal year, starting from April 1st and ending on March 31st, presents a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of training courses that are available each year.
Registration for Thunderbird Partnership Foundation Training
All of our virtual training opportunities are free to frontline Indigenous / First Nations wellness workers (including Indigenous and non-Indigenous persons who work directly with Indigenous communities and Peoples). Thunderbird Partnership Foundation does not provide training access for any for-profit agents or agencies including individual consultants or businesses.
We are excited to share the training opportunities that will be offered from now until the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year (Quarter 4), as well as throughout the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
For the fiscal year 2025-2026 we’ve allocated nine weeks specifically for ONE in-person training delivery for First Nation/Indigenous Regional entities in each of the Provinces/Territories.

In-Person Training Information (NEW)
Requests for in-person training will be scheduled and confirmed in the order they are received, with available dates updated as Regions confirm training. All requests for training will be assessed for Regional representation.
For all in-person training requested by a Region:
1. The regional host will be responsible for coordinating and covering the costs related to the training venue, as well as managing travel and any applicable expenses for the training participants.
2. In-person training requires a minimum of 45 registered participants and allows for a maximum of 55 participants.
Requests for in-person training must be received at least 8-weeks before the scheduled delivery date. Please see the in-person training dates available below.
