Wellness Supports
We provide free and culturally informed wellness supports on the topics of mental health and substance use issues.
Thunderbird Wellness
Our culturally grounded app is free, and user friendly! The app promotes a strengths-based, trauma informed approach to supporting First Nations wellness.
Resource Library
We offer many culturally informed resources that focus on many aspects of First Nations wellness, and we are always adding to our library!
All our resources are available for free download, or you can also order hard copies (printing and shipping costs may apply).
Wellness Hubs
The Wellness Hubs offer a forum for community healthcare workers to find peer support to reflect on best and wise practices, and ways to strengthen Indigenous ways of knowing and being. Members gain access to hundreds of cultural, health and wellness, substance use and pandemic related resources.
