Opportunities are increasing for non-governmental and civil society organizations to engage in and help shape the evolution of international drug policy. Later this month, we’re partnering with the Canadian Civil Society Working Group on United Nations Drug Policy to host an engaging webinar on this important topic.
When: Wednesday, February 17 (past event)
During the webinar, a diverse panel of experienced, Canadian non-governmental stakeholders will provide perspectives and insight, and take questions on how civil society groups are involved in United Nations drug policy in collaboration with our federal government. The goal is to explain how these processes work and encourage more organizations to get involved. The Canadian Civil Society Working Group is looking to grow and expand its membership. Discussion will include the role of this Working Group—including sending delegates to meetings of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs—and how you and your organization can get involved.
Help create change and make an impact.
Sincerely,Donald MacPherson
