This App does not collect any personally identifiable information. The screenings collect anonymous data. Your answers to the screening questions are collected anonymously – no identifying information is collected with your screenings. Admin users are able to collect names of individuals that they invite, but that information is only stored on the administrative device and is not uploaded to any data base or other service.
